Refined Flow 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Advanced Study. Integrated Practice. Inspired Teaching.
Absolute Yoga’s Refined Flow 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is designed for certified yoga teachers who are ready to deepen their practice, refine their voice, and expand their capacity to teach with clarity, confidence, and care.
Rooted in mindful awareness, intelligent sequencing, and yoga philosophy in action, this training invites you to move beyond simply learning more poses—and into a more integrated way of practicing, teaching, and living yoga.
The program is offered in a semi-intensive format, blending immersive retreat-style study with spacious integration over time.
We begin with a week-long retreat experience, creating the opportunity to step away from daily responsibilities and fully hone in on your practice. During this intensive immersion, you’ll establish shared language, embodied understanding, and a strong foundation for the months ahead through daily practice, study, reflection, and community connection.
Following the retreat, the group will meet once per month, allowing time for integration, inquiry, and real-life application. This extended format supports deeper learning—giving you the chance to practice what you’re studying, notice what arises in your teaching and daily life, and return with questions, insights, and lived experience.
Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, this training emphasizes:
- Intelligent sequencing and transitions
- Yoga philosophy woven into practice and daily life
- Adaptations for diverse bodies and unique populations
- Reflection, discussion, and inquiry-based teaching
- Opportunity to study a specific niche that you are passionate about
This training is for you if you’re ready to:
- Teach from lived experience rather than memorized scripts and sequences
- Strengthen your understanding of sequencing, assists, and energetics
- Reconnect with your purpose and dharma as a teacher
By the end of the program, you’ll leave feeling more grounded in your practice, more intentional in your teaching, and more connected to why you teach in the first place.
✨ This program fulfills Yoga Alliance requirements for a 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training.
Personalized Study, Niche Development & Seva
A core component of this 300-hour training is the opportunity to explore and develop your own unique niche as a teacher. With guidance and mentorship, you’ll choose an area of focus that genuinely interests you—whether that’s a population you love working with, a style of practice, or a theme you feel called to explore more deeply.
As part of this process, you will:
- Research and study your chosen niche
- Create and teach a workshop rooted in that focus
- Complete a seva (service) component, offering yoga or related practices in a way that gives back to the community
Example Areas of Niche Study
Your niche can be broad or very specific. Examples may include (but are not limited to):
- Chair yoga and accessible yoga for older adults
- Trauma-informed yoga and nervous system regulation
- Somatic movement and embodied awareness
- Yoga for beginners and new movers
- Yoga for stress, burnout, and emotional resilience
- Integrating yoga philosophy into modern life
- Yoga for teachers, caregivers, or helping professionals
- Breathwork and subtle body awareness
- Yoga for special populations or community-based settings
Your niche does not need to be something you already “master.” Curiosity, sincerity, and willingness to explore are the starting points.
