Reiki
Reiki (ray-key) is a hands-on healing modality that supports and works with the body’s energy or chi to balance itself towards better wellness. Reiki has many potential health benefits including stress relief, pain management, and injury recovery assistance, as well as bringing an overall sense of peace and well-being. It also works very well in conjunction with other wellness practices to support overall healing.
There are 7 main chakras housed within our bodies and each chakra is thought of as a spinning vortex of energy that, when aligned and working in harmony, allows us to be our optimal self. When there is an imbalance, stress or trauma within our mind, spirit or physical body it can cause disease. Reiki is used as a healing modality to work to restore energy and balance within the body.
In order to open pathways and channels for energy to flow, it is important to know what causes blockages of our chakras.

Andrea is a certified Reiki Master Teacher, and intuitive practitioner, specializing in sound healing, crystals, and balancing chakras. Andrea began her journey nearly a decade ago while a NICU nurse and lactation consultant looking for alternative pathways to health. Through her many turns in the road, she has never forgotten her love for holistic practices that can tune our bodies and deepen our understanding of ourselves. Andrea is devoted to working with individuals on their journeys and cultivating their desires, passions, and purpose.

All private Reiki sessions booked at Absolute Yoga take place on the Amethyst Bio-mat®. We also offer the use of therapeutic grade Young Living® essential oils to enhance your treatment. Reiki Attunements
Have the healing power of Reiki turned on in your own hands. Reiki has been passed down from Master to student for generations through attunements. Through this attunement process you will gain the abiiity to practice Reiki on yourself, loved ones and even your pets.
