Preety is a purpose-driven Meditation Instructor certified by Deepak Chopra Center. She is also a Sivananda Yoga Instructor and Master Practitioner in the science of Neuro Linguistic Programming. Preety has pioneered a holi-stic approach to unveiling and demystifying the nuances of timeless yogic techniques of Pranayama (Yogic Breathing) and Mantra Meditation as powerful tools to awaken the body’s innate inner intelligence — transforming inner-silence into dynamic personal power. Rooted in the rich Indian heritage of Vedanta, for over a decade she has been sharing her craft which is still relevant in the hustle-bustle of modern times.

She first worked on herself — from the time when her life was a roller coaster, her days were filled with chronic worry and stress. Imbibing these tools in her daily routine, she was able to release stress and reach a space of centered calmness, enjoying every moment of the ride. She migrated to the USA in the midst of Covid when the whole world was trying to make sense of the “NEW NORMAL”.
