Yoga For Grief: Healing & Peace for All Bodies
Grief is a normal part of life. Yoga for Grief is for anyone suffering a loss and experiencing the grief process. Grief can manifest in the emotional, mental, and, most notably, physical self. Through the practice of yoga and meditation, this workshop will facilitate healing and connection for both mind and body.
Yoga for Grief will help with understanding what to do and how to take care of the self during this difficult and overwhelming time.
This workshop will include a yoga class, meditation, and a reflection circle. The goal will be to learn how yoga and meditation can promote self-care, decrease stress, and create a sense of community.
Led by Olga Lucia, an E-RYT yoga instructor with personal grief experience, join us for an afternoon of connection, movement, and healing.
