Yoga is becoming ever more popular with teen’s in today’s world. Madonna and Sting are practicing and preaching the benefits of yoga in their music.
For teens, yoga is a great way to reduce the stress of every day school and social life while improving their physical health. Yoga is a great support as the body grows and matures. Stretching and focus on the breath bring a sense of freedom with it, improving the self image, even a teen’s outlook on life. Increasing physical strength, endurance, flexibility, focus and concentration are just some of the benefits of yoga for teens. Yoga will also help tone and shape the body and improve skin and memory.
Family Yoga Sessions will begin again later this winter
$35 per class (for 2 family members): $5 per class for each additional family member
Bring your entire family to yoga and practice together! This class presents an opportunity to cultivate emotional and physical bonding within your family. Family Yoga includes postures appropriate for the whole family, movement, stories, games and fun. All yogis age 4 and up are welcome in this class.

For new moms and their babies up to active crawlers, doing yoga postures and stretches to increase abdominal and back strength and tone the body back to its original shape. Includes baby play and baby stretches. Tuesdays from 11-12. Sessions are rolling and run for 6 weeks. Session cost is $140. Individual classes are $25. YogiBaby is an ongoing class held on Tuesday from 11-12pm taught by Leslie $140 per 6 week session of $25 drop in.
