Outside Studio Staff instructs the following:
Prana Flow Vinyasa 1
Prana Flow classes are ritual practices of moving meditation, breath-inspired journeys that offer a complete spectrum of rhythms, from meditative and rejuvenating to challenging and empowering. The emphasis is on a bhavana, or feeling state, that takes us into multi-dimensional sequencing, energetic alignment all within the collective flow. We will connect fully to personal experience, syncopating individual waves of breath, thought, emotion, movement and energy while opening to the power of the group dynamic.
Vinyasa Flow All Levels
Vinyasa flow classes link breath and movement to create a continuous fluid flow of postures. Vinyasa means “breathe-synchronized movement” and the beauty of this class is that the sequence, or “flow”, can be different in each class, even with the same instructor. Our All Levels classes are open to every one regardless of ability or fitness level. The instructor will modify postures for beginners and increase the challenge for more advanced students.
